Wow, I thought she would have called her out cause Flares Fire and Juvia's water! But the other kind of Racist works too I guess. Welcome everyone, to the Sun Village arc of Fairy Tail.

If you know me I like guntars to start off theme songs like this one. It sounds pretty cool, and the visuals show the characters and what they are gonna go threw in the next two arcs. Cause I hate to spoil some things, but we learn more about Natsu's past in the next arc, Gray goes threw the most emotional scene for him in my eyes, and of course Lucy gets some final character. But I'll talk about those later in fact this is more of a Erza and Natsu kind of arc if anything, maybe Gray too but it's hard to explain what kind of arc this is gonna go to.
The Arc starts off in the spa un fairy tail, with Flare.. for some reason showing up in the girls spa. Oh you don't remember Flare, she was the fire girl from Ravens Tail that Lucy fought. She says that she escaped and is just around looking for a guild. However, she doesn't wanna join Fairy Tail. But we get a couple funny moments from our favorite, Notice Me Senpai, characters of the show. The first is with Juvia, that I already made a joke about. The second is with Freed.
'Only I get to touch Senpai's back.'
Although I find it funnier that Laxus is just fine with this weird shit Freed is doing. Hey maybe he does like him back. Don't get any idea's Shippers! Anyways, onto the plot where A mission that was going on for way too long with Natsu and Gray, leads to the other members of Team Natsu to find them. It turns out they've just been fighting eachother.. for 4 days.. even Happy was scared of them. Luckly we have Erza stopping them and bringing them back home to Fairy Tail. Where Makarov gives them a special mission, a request for Natsu and Gray from one of the Wizard Saints. Not any Wizard Saint, this one is one of the 4 strongest that is even stronger then Jura. With the other team coming along so the two don't fight or ruin anything, they make it up to the guys place where it is nature. This is Warrod, a big tree guy that uses Green Magic. I'm sure before I talk about the rest of the arc, I'm sure you want me to talk about the wizard saints. Look, so far in the anime, even in the final season, Warrod is the only one of the 4 strongest Saints that makes an appearance. From what I understand, two of the Saints make an appearance in the manga, But I don't know for sure I never read the manga, but the strongest hasn't yet made one yet in either version yet. But I'll talk more about him when I talk about Fairy tail Zero.
Anyways, thanks to Warrod's magic, they are able to ride to the village on a tree. Oh and we get him being around the first Fairy tail Hall when he was younger with Mavis. Again, more on that latter when I talk about Zero. They make it up to the sun village, and see that the residents are giants and probably just saw Jack and Giant Slayer cause they are all frozen. Also, Natsu is scared to death of the size of those things.. oh and same goes for Wendy and Lucy, not even joking there. After trying to think about what to do next, they come across 3 members of a treasure hunting guild named Sylph Labyrinth, again more on that when Zero comes along, who wants the treasure of the village. A guy with a giant fist named Rala who's played by, I'm not even joking here, Nick Landis. Oh, you don't know who Nick Landis, maybe this will help.
Yep, that's Lanipator, the guy who voices a majority of the DBZ Abriged characters is doing this role. Oh.. I have so many jokes about this. Oh and the other 2, are a sword weilder named Hiroshi, played by Alejandro Saab, Kaggy flims, Kagmaster, whatever the hell you wanna call him. and A sniper named Drake also played by Kaggy… the hell is up with Fairy Tail getting all these's Youtubers? Hell, I wouldn't be surprised if Markiplier and Jacksfilms was in this. All jokes aside, it's awesome having 2 of my favorite youtubers in Fairy Tail. Their not ground breaking or anything like that, but they do it great and it's always fun to make fun of their voices.
Anyways, the team then runs off to fight them and we figure out that the only way to melt the ice is to use something called Moon Drips that Sylph Labyrinth has. Or they could just use Shallot over there, I mean they got two of them. After a fight, with it being evenly matched, Erza goes to an ice rock and turns into a child. After a while, she then thinks of how everyone would think of her.
Hey, atleast we know Jellal's not a pedophile, unlike Mest who might be.. If you consider Wendy there's no 'Might' in it. It also effect everyone else except for Lani and the Kaggy's… I can already see that as band name. Nah, he would name it something random, like We B. Who's causing this you may ask, it's Minverva who's' out for revenge and was the one who frozen this place. She's even got a Walrus..as you do when you want revenge.
Oh and Flare shows up to help them, we get the normal fights in this, Wendy, Flare, and Lucy fight Sylph Labyrinth, Erza fights Minerva with everyone switch back and forth from young and old, and we even get Young Natsu and Gray fighting the Walrus named Doriate with Gray coming out on top. Oh and everyone gets back to normal and with Flare helping the guild find the eternal flare which will bring everything back to normal. How does she know this, well this was her home and wants to bring to back normal. After Natsu finds Wendy and the others again, Gray tries manipulating the ice around the flame with Natsu using his Dragon Slayer Magic to melt the ice. It works and even brings back a familiar face.
Oh and Natsu was also fighting an eye monster, it was kind of pointless to me. Reguardless, Atlas Flame is back. He was the fire in the village the entire time and was interesting to see him to say the least. Anyways the arc is over with Flare being welcomed back by her giants and with Minvera escaping. We also see a glimpse of the next arc of when we see the Libray of Zeref, Tartorus. Also we get a glimpse of one of the main villains of the arc, Silver! I'll get to him latter.
The Sun Village arc is aright in my eyes. Nothing terrible is in it, but I kind of just find it.. alright! Some of the problems are more minor then anything, like even though I liked Lani and Kaggy in this arc, their characters seemed pointless to have in the arc. They give exposition, fight a little bit, so off Drake is basically Shiono from Sword Art Online basically, that's it. Minvera has a point to be in this arc, and spoilers, she's gonna be in the next arc too where I will get a big rant out of it. Not because of Minerva, but for something else we'll get to in the arc. Asked for the good things.. the fights we're good, we learn something about Flare, the comedy is decent, and that's all I can really think about. There's no major character development in this arc, but don't worry it's saved by the next arc, but again we'll get to that when we get to that. If your looking for some good action, I would take a look at this arc, other then that.. I would just watch the end to see where the story goes.
Well, I'm glad this was my last review for the year, aside from the 25 days of Video Games. It feels good to be caught up on shit.. Wait a minute, I just finished the Sun Village Arc. You know what that means!

Change 'Sun Village' to 'Tartaros'[edit]
First, let it be known I am fully aware that the events at Sun Village and Tartaros form two distinct story arcs in the manga. However, 'Sun Village' is more along the lines of fan conjecture, especially in terms of the official story arcs provided by the anime (including multiplesources stating the 'Tartaros Arc' would begin on April 4). Thus, I propose we change 'Sun Village' to 'Tartaros'. User:Immblueversion (talk) 03:10, 4 April 2015 (UTC)
- It would appear that some users believe using 'Sun Village' is more appropriate, judging from repeated edits. Again, I understand where they're coming from, but seeing how 'Sun Village' is a fan-devised term for that collection of episodes/chapters, it appears to fall under original research. As listed above, news outlets state the 'Tartarus[sic] Arc' began on April 4. So I say either that is the information we use, or we remove the 'arc' sections altogether. User:Immblueversion (talk) 02:41, 23 May 2015 (UTC)
- I agree that we should get rid of the arc dividers. They're crufty and as you can see, promote edit warring. —KirtMessage 03:07, 23 May 2015 (UTC)

Colour contrast problems[edit]
It seems that this article is using colours in the infobox which don't satisfy Wikipedia's accessibility guidelines. The contrast between the foreground colour and the background colour is low, which means that it may be difficult or impossible for people with visual impairments to read it.
To correct this problem, a group of editors have decided to remove support for invalid colours from Template:Infobox television season and other television season templates after 1 September 2015. If you would still like to use custom colours for the infobox and episode list in this article after that date, please ensure that the colours meet the WCAG AAA standard.
To test whether a colour combination is AAA-compliant you can use Snook's colour contrast tool. If your background colour is dark, then please test it against a foreground colour of 'FFFFFF' (white). If it is light, please test it against a foreground colour of '000000' (black). The tool needs to say 'YES' in the box for 'WCAG 2 AAA Compliant' when you input the foreground and the background colour. You can generally make your colour compliant by adjusting the 'Value (%)' fader in the middle box.
Please be sure to change the invalid colour in every place that it appears, including the infobox, the episode list, and the series overview table. If you have any questions about this, please ask on Template talk:Infobox television season. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 05:30, 2 August 2015 (UTC)
Split Season 7 article[edit]
For those unaware, the Fairy Tail episode lists are divided by their season count determined by the official Funimation website, since the series on its own has no official season count. However, the series is still on Season 7 with no sign of stopping, and sooner or later the article will grow far too big to read comfortably. Before that happens, I propose we split the article by year, with one half covering the first episode in April up until the last episode in March the following year, and every following article adhering to the same pattern until the season/series ends. As things stand, the articles would be titled as such:
- List of Fairy Tail episodes (season 7, episodes 176–226)
- List of Fairy Tail episodes (season 7, episodes 227–277) (assuming the trend continues)
Would this be acceptable for Wikipedia's standards? I believe the simplified episode list shown on the main page can be formatted to make one long, breakless list. User:Immblueversion (talk) 04:03, 28 November 2015 (UTC)

Welcome to the recap page for the manga / anime series, Fairy Tail.
As Fairy Tail is a very long series with many chapters and episodes, it’d be rather hard to see through the various plotlines and character motivations by just the chapter and episode recaps. For these reasons, the summaries of arcs and tropes related to the specific episodes or arcs should go to the appropriate recap pages.

The only thing we ask of contributors is not to be overly-detailed in the summary (listing word for word conversations, play by play of the fights, etc). Otherwise please contribute.
